The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with YESFIT Sportswear, hereinafter referred to as "YESFIT Sportswear", "us" or "we", through the YESFIT Sportswear website, the mobile website or by telephone (collectively referred to as "www.yesfit.shop").

Orders paid with iDEAL can be made from 16 years and older. The fact that products or services are offered at any time on www.yesfit.shop does not guarantee that these products or services are available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the terms and conditions that applies to your order is the version that can be found on www.yesfit.shop at the time of placing your order.

We reserve the right to immediately block access to the site and to close the account of users who violate this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

Payment methods

Credit or debit card

You can enter your payment details when ordering and use a valid credit or debit card (with VISA or Mastercard logo). The relevant amount is immediately reserved on your credit / debit card and only debited after the goods have been shipped. YESFIT Sportswear reserves the right to check the validity of the credit / debit card, as well as the credit limit in relation to the order amount and whether the address details of the buyer are correct. We can refuse an order based on these checks.

iDeal

During the ordering process you will be referred to your bank to complete the payment. You have the option to pay via iDeal if you use online banking. Your payment will be immediately debited from your account.

Offline payments

Offline payment is only possible if you choose to pick up your package at our YESFIT sports facility at Molenmakershoek 70, 7328 JK Apeldoorn, Holland.

Liability

These conditions do not limit or exclude the liability of YESFIT Sportswear when it comes to matters that we cannot limit or exclude our liability by law.

YESFIT Sportswear accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees or representatives. We do not seek to exclude liability as a result of deception by our employees or representatives. In the event of a breach of these Terms, we will be liable only for losses that are reasonably foreseeable as a result of such breach.

YESFIT Sportswear is not responsible for indirect losses that are an incidental effect of the original loss or damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, or failure to deliver goods or comply with any other obligation under this Terms, if such failure is the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, uprising, political unrest, war, nuclear accidents and terrorist activities.

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your order on www.yesfit.shop is limited to the total amount of your order.

Colors and dimensions

We do everything that is reasonably possible to display the properties of our products, including composition and colors, as accurately as possible. The color you see depends on several factors: screen quality, app version, computer system, etc.

The dimensions of the items on www.yesfit.shop are only approximate values. They are intended to give you an idea of the model or fit of that particular item and do not guarantee the actual dimensions of the item you will receive. The final dimensions of an item may vary depending on the material used for production.

Guarantee

If the items purchased by you show defects, YESFIT Sportswear will fully comply with the legal warranty regulations. If you have a complaint about obvious material or manufacturing defects in goods delivered by us, including transport damage, you can notify us by returning the goods without delay together with the pre-printed return form.

Handover

YESFIT Sportswear reserves the right to transfer or transfer any claims for payment [including any payment terms] in connection with the delivery of goods to a third party.

Inviolability

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or void by a court or legislature, the remaining Terms will remain in effect.

Property rights
